Notice is hereby given that on 20th May 2022, Buckinghamshire Council made the above-named Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order, which comes into operation on the 9th October 2020, is to introduce waiting restrictions on various roads across Buckinghamshire details of which can be viewed on https://yourvoicebucks.citizenspace.com/ under “The Buckinghamshire Council (Prohibition of Loading, Waiting and Stopping) and (On- Street Parking Places) Order 2021 (Amendment No. 002) Order 2022. The Buckinghamshire Council (Speed Limit) Order 2021 (Amendment No. 003) Order 2022. The Buckinghamshire Council (Traffic Movement) Order 2021 (Amendment No. 004) Order 2022”.
A copy of the Orders and Plans showing the lengths of road affected, together with a copy of the Council’s Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at “The Gateway, Gatehouse Road, Aylesbury, HP19 8FF”.
If you wish to question the validity of this Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of this Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to these Orders, you may within six weeks from 20th May 2022 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
